ORDER:- Heard the Petitioner, who appeared in person and even consider his notes of arguments. We have noted that the Petitioner, who was the employee of Central Government, prayed for setting aside the order of compulsory retirement dated 11 April 2002 and prayed the various related and concerned reliefs, including the compensation with 18% interest. In the Petition, the prayer is also made for condonation of delay.

However, considering the submission so made, including 1/2

ssm 2 911-wp814.16.sxw the averments where various questions of facts and detailed inquiry are necessary, and as prayer is also made for reinstatement, with all consequential benefits, we are of the view that the Petitioner needs to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), as the same would be effective and efficacious remedy to the Petitioner. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate alternate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
