This application is for restoration of Writ Petition No. 6725 of 2016, which was stands dismissed in view of conditional order dated 17.06.2016 passed by this court.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and reasons disclosed in paragraph 4 of the Civil Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowing this Civil Application.

Hence, following order is passed:

b) Time to remove all office objections as per order dated 17.06.2016 is extended till 31.08.2016.

c) If all office objections are not removed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, Civil Application shall stands dismissed without referring back to the court.
