This is an application for condonation of delay of 62 days in filing Review Petition. Mr. Patwardhan submitted that by filing Review Petition, the applicant is trying to delay the proceedings pending before the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a sufficient case for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Delay of 62 days in filing Review Petition is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
