Applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in connection with Crime no. 283 of 2018 registered with Charkop Police Station for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 363, 376, 376(2)(n), 354-A, 354-D and 452 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC for "

Applicant is also an accused in Crime No. 425 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 376 of IPC and Section 4 and 8 of POCSO, where was granted bail.

Learned APP, therefore submits that while applicant was released on bail in the aforementioned offence he has committed the present offence. 4.
It is to be noted that the offence under Section 376 is punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than 10 years but which may extend imprisonment for life.

In view of the accusations presented and the facts of the case, brought on record, the application is rejected.

Trial is expedited.

hereinabove shall be construed as expression of opinion only for the purpose of refusal to grant bail and the same shall not in any way influence the trial in other proceedings.
