Ms. Shinde, learned APP appearing for the Respondent - State, on the basis of instructions received from the Superintendent, Sindhudurg District Prison, Sindhudurg submits that the Applicant has been released on bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Sindhudurg by Order dated 02.11.2023.

Accordingly, nothing survives for consideration in the present Bail Application.

Ms. Khanwilkar, learned counsel appointed to represent the Applicant states that one more request was made in the Application which was sent through jail that the trial may be expedited. She submits that the offence is of the year 2018. Accordingly, the learned trial Judge is requested to dispose of the Sessions Case No. 11 of 2019 Anand Page No. 1
