Learned counsel for the applicant prays that implementation and execution of the judgment and award dated 31st December, 2016 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gadhingalaj in MACP No.36 of 2014 be stayed. He submits the Insurance Company has deposited the entire decretal amount of Rs.20,91,875/- along with costs of Rs.25,963/-. 3.

In view of the submission that the entire decretal amount is 1/2
