1] After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant, when this court was not inclined to grant any relief to the applicant, the learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application, with liberty to surrender before I.O. within a period of one week from today.

2] The learned Counsel for the intervenor - original complainant vehemently opposes the same.

YBG aba1051-14 3] However, taking into consideration the fact that the applicant was protected by way of interim relief since 14th August 2014, I am inclined to accept the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant. Leave as prayed for is granted with liberty to applicant to surrender before the I.O. within one week from today without any excuse. The application is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. .
