P.C. :- 1] Heard Mr. Madhukar Kaljunkar, learned counsel for the applicants-MCGM. The respondents are duly served. In fact, yesterday, an advocate appeared on behalf of the respondents. Even today, Mr. Chedi Tiwari (respondent No.4), the duly constituted attorney on behalf of the respondents-claimants is present in person in the court.

2] For the reasons set out in the civil application, the delay of 75 days for instituting the appeal is condoned. This shall however, be subject to payment of costs of Rs.3000/- by the applicants. Such costs to be deposited in this court within a period of four weeks from today. Once the costs are deposited, the respondents-claimants shall be at liberty to withdraw the same unconditionally. The civil application is accordingly, disposed of.
