This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount. By order dated 10th August, 2021, the applicant was permitted to deposit Rs.50,00,000/- on or before 20th September, 2021 and Rs.55,00,000/- on or before 15th November, 2021 before the trial Court in case No.907/PW/2019. In accordance with order dated 30th July, 2021, the applicant had deposited Rs.40,00,000/- with the Investigating Officer.

It is submitted that on account of several hardships, the applicant could not deposit the amount as stated in the order dated 10th August, 2021. The applicant be granted extension of time by permitting him to deposit the amount of Rs.50,00,000/- on or before 20th October, 2021 and balance amount of Rs.55,00,000/- on or before 15th December, 2021.

In view of submission the extension as prayed for is granted. The applicant is permitted to deposit the amount Rs.50,00,000/- on or before 20th October, 2021 and the amount of Rs.55,00,000/-on or before 15th December, 2021 before the trial court in case No.907/PW/2019.
