By this Civil Application, applicants seek extension of time of two weeks for carrying out amendment as per the order dated 13.06.2019. Mr. Tripathi seeks time on the ground that Mr. Tiwari is in difficulties.

Having regard to the fact that the prayer is for extension of time for carrying out amendment, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (d) with 1/2
