Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. However, Learned Counsel submits that the incident had occurred at a place where the deceased and the applicant were working together and the deceased is in custody since more than a year i.e. 3 December 2022 and the chargesheet has been lodged, the trial may be expedited. 3.

The submission is reasonable.

Learned Sessions Judge seized with trial in Sessions Case No.270 of 2023 is requested to make an endeavour to commence and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
