The father of deceased is before this Court submitting that investigation needs to be transferred. The contention is his son has been murdered.

Learned APP has pointed out that investigation is long over and chargesheet has been filed.

In this situation, we permit the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings for ventilation of his grievances before trial Court. 4.
