Mr. Shinde, the learned Special P.P. on instructions submitted that the trial pertaining to the C.B.I. Special Case No.74 of 2014 is at fag-end. That the statements of the accused persons as contemplated under Section 313 of Cr. P.C. are being recorded. He further submitted that the trial pertaining to the said Special Case will be concluded within two months from today.

In view of the said statement, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court if the trial pertaining to the aforesaid case does not conclude within two months from today.
