This is the application for condonation of delay of 21 days in filing the Second Appeal. Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1,3,4 & 5 has no objection if the application is allowed. However, the Respondents though served have not appeared. In this view of the matter, for the reasons mentioned in the application, delay in filing Second Appeal is condoned.
