1) The learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to pursue the miscellaneous application filed by the applicants below Exh.136 dated 29/7/2016 in P.M.L.A Special No. 2/2016. Leave and liberty granted.

2) The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the said application filed below Exh.136 is scheduled for hearing by the Special Judge (under PMLA Act) on 3/10/2016. The learned Special Judge seized of the PMLA Special Case No. 2/2016 is hereby requested to conclude the hearing of the said Misc. application filed below Exh.136 preferably on 3/10/2016.

4) The application is disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
