The petitioner is said to be one of the legal heirs of the evicted tenant. He has filed this Writ Petition questioning an interim order rendered by the Principal District Judge, Pune, in Appeal No. 34 of 2007.

Now, it emerges that the very appeal has been disposed of. In that context, I reckon that this Writ petition does not survive for further consideration. So I close it.
