Learned counsel appearing for the applicant on instructions submits that, though names of 27 witnesses have been mentioned in the application which was filed before the Special Court presided over by the Addl. Special Judge under M.C.O.C. Act, 1999, Pune., in M.C.O.C Special Case No. 2 of 2007, however, applicant wish to confine his prayer for cross-examination of only to 7 witnesses, name of said witnesses are as follows: PW-12 Ganesh Ramchandra Godse, PW-26 Babasaheb Chandrakant Supekar, PW No. 29 Dilip Narayan Todkar, PW No. 51 Shivraj Vitthalrao Kadam-Patil, PW No. 55 Ashok Ramratan Mali, PW No. 67 Gautam Digambar Deshmukh, PW No. 70 Umesh Malani

In the light of fresh instructions received by the counsel for the applicant, now applicant wish to restrict cross-examination of aforesaid 7 witnesses.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to file such application before the Addl. Sessions Judge and Addl. Special Judge under M.C.O.C. Act, 1999, Pune., in M.C.O.C Special Case No. 2 of 2007. Such application to be filed on or before 3rd August 2019. 4.

Learned Addl. Sessions Judge and Addl. Special Judge under M.C.O.C. Act, 1999, Pune may consider said application forthwith after filing such application and pass the appropriate orders. 5.

With the above observations, application stands disposed of.
