By order dated 30/06/2021, this Court had directed the Applicant to deposit an amount of Rs.17,50,000/- in two installments. The 1st installment of 50% was to be deposited within six weeks from the date of the order and balance amount of 50% was to be deposited within six weeks thereafter.

The Applicant states that the amount of Rs.8,75,000/- being the 50% of the amount has been deposited. She states that the 2nd installment of 50% could not be deposited within six weeks as stipulated in the order in view of the medical expenses incurred by the 1/2

P.H. Jayani 13 IA2458.2021.doc Applicant due to the sickness of his mother, who has subsequently expired. She further submits that the 2nd installment of Rs.8,75,000/- shall be deposited within three weeks from the date of this order. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the Application, time to deposit the balance amount of Rs.8,75,000/- being the 2nd installment, is extended by three weeks from the date of this order. 4.
