1) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief in favour of the applicant, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail if the trial pertaining to CR No.115 of 2014 registered with Antop Hill Policie Station, Mumbai, now culminated into Sessions Case No.595 of 2014 does not commence within a period of one year from today. 2) Leave and liberty granted.

3) The record reveals that the applicant is arrested on 22.4.2014 and since then he is in jail. In view of the same, the learned Additional Sessions Judge seized of

Dond 2/2 ba.1479-2015.sxw Sessions Case No.595 of 2014 arising out of CR No.115 of 2014 registered with Antop Hill Police Station, Mumbai is hereby requested to expedite the trial of the said Sessions Case.
