P.C.:- Mr. Patil, learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, the trial of the Petitioner in MCOC Special Case No.13 of 2010 arising out of C.R. No.24 of 2010 registered with Boisar Police Station, District Palghar has already commenced and the prosecution as of today has examined sixteen witnesses. That, recording of evidence in the said case is in progress and trial Court has now scheduled the said case for recording of evidence on 24th February, 2023 i.e. today.

2) In view thereof, grievance of the Petitioner does not survive. 3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
