This is an application for seeking anticipatory bail in connection with the investigation of Crime No. 113 of 2021 of police station Bhor, District Pune under Section 420, 468, 469, 471 read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. A perusal of the record shows that on 21.09.2021, this Court by a detailed order had granted interim protection to the Applicants. The learned counsel for the Applicants points out that the investigation is Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2

906 aba 2263-21.doc complete and a chargesheet is filed. The learned APP on instructions states that in view of the fact that the investigation is complete, the custodial interrogation of the Applicants is not necessary. He, therefore, submitted that an appropriate order be passed. 3.

Thus, for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 21.09.2021 and in view of the submission made on behalf of the State and further having regard to the fact that the investigation is complete, the application is allowed. The interim order dated 21.09.2021, is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the Applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence/ witnesses.
