Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP, we are of the considered view that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing respondent no.1 to dispose of petitioner's application under the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 copy of which is annexed at Ex.'E' Page 33 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one week from the receipt of this order if not already disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
