On 1st July 2014 the matter was called out. None was present for the Appellants. The matter was, therefore, adjourned. Today also in spite of second call, no one appears for the Appellants. The Second Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution."

Thereafter the Civil Application is taken out. The Civil Application came on board on 24 June, 2006. None appeared for the applicants. Matter is adjourned today under the caption 'for dismissal' as none had appeared for the applicants.

In addition to the Advocate and litigant's duty to attend to the matter, this Court provides various facilities to the Advocates and litigants to be informed about the status of the matter.
