P.C.:- Ms. Mhatre, learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai submitted that, the recording of evidence in Sessions Case No.184 of 2017 arising out of C.R. No.313 of 2016 registered with Andheri Police Station has already commenced and the prosecution as of today has examined three witnesses. That, recording of evidence in the said case is in progress and next date scheduled for it is 28th February, 2023.

2) In view thereof, grievance of the Petitioner does not survive. 3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
