The grievance of the petitioner is that against the termination order dated 28.8.2015 passed by the respondent no.1, the petitioner had submitted a representation/appeal before respondent no. 1. On receipt of the same, the respondent no.1 has observed that appeal would lie before the Governor and has forwarded the petitioner's representation/appeal before the Appellate Authority, Governor, State of Maharashtra vide letter dated 19.5.2016 Exh."D".

According to the petitioner, till date the said representation/appeal has not been decided by the Appellate Authority. In the circumstances, prayer has been made directing
35-WP-2533.2017.sxw the Appellate Authority to decide the petitioner's representation/appeal as expeditiously as possible. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we are inclined to dispose of this petition requesting the Appellate Authority to consider and decide the said appeal forwarded by respondent no.1 with letter dated 19/5/2016 as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
Before taking any decision on the said appeal, the petitioner be given opportunity of hearing. Petitioner is directed to communicate this order along with all necessary papers to the Appellate Authority.
