Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. By this petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the award dated 13.5.2015 passed by Labour Court No.1 at Kolhapur in Reference (IDA) No.62 of 2012 directing petitioner to pay lumpsum amount of Rs.30,000/- towards the damages instead of reinstatement. Though award was passed on 13.5.2015 petitioner filed the present petition in this court on 1.8.2016 i.e. after more than one year.

Considering the reason given by the Labour Court in impugned award dated 13.5.2015 and as sum of Rs.30,000/- was awarded instead of reinstatement, I do not find any reason to interfere with the well reasoned order passed by Labour court. Hence, Writ Petition stands dismissed.
