By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction against the Corporation to remove the unauthorized structure constructed by the respondent No.3.

On hearing the learned counsel for the respondents, we find that permission was granted to the respondent No.3 to construct the building. If that be so, the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
