DATED : 26th SEPTEMBER, 2023 P.C:- The learned counsel for the applicant seek permission to withdraw the Revision Application in the wake of the order passed by the CBI Special Court on 14/11/2022, thereby discharging the applicant i.e. accused no.11 from CBI Special Case No. 16 of 2018. He has also placed on record the order dated 14/11/2022, which is marked as 'X' for identification.

In the wake of discharge since the Revision Application is rendered infructuous, the counsel seek permission to withdraw the same.

Permission granted. Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pursuant to such a request, record and proceedings of Criminal Revision Application is called before me. For the very same reason, the Criminal Revision Application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
