The applicant has prayed that, the appointment of Advocate from the Legal Aid Committee may be cancelled and the applicant may be permitted to appoint his own Advocate to espouse his cause. 2.

The record indicates that, the earlier application preferred for bail bearing B.A. No.2190/2017 has been disposed off as withdrawn by the co-ordinate Bench (Shri. A.M.Badar, J.) by its Order dated 1.11.2017. 3.

As far as prayer made in the present application is concerned, the applicant is at liberty to appoint an Advocate of his choice to represent him before any Court and espouse his cause.
