Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned AGP, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file representation against the order dated 3/4/2018 Exhibit "C" passed by respondent no.4. In case the petitioner submits the representation before the Collector, Solapur, the Collector shall examine the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within four weeks from the date of such representation.
