Heard. The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that the cause for filing the Writ Petition would not survive in view of the cancellation of the approval to the respondent No.6 institution by the Respondent No.1 - All India Council for Technical Education during the pendency of the Writ Petition.

Since the approval granted by the All India Council for Technical Education is cancelled during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the cause for filing the Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous.
