The impugned order in the present petition is dated 27th January 2016, by which the license granted to the Petitioner for running private security agency was cancelled. 1/2

Mr. Rayrikar states that as per his instructions since 2016, the Petitioner's establishment is closed. This petition has been filed on 29th July 2016 and till date no ad-interim order is passed in favour of the Petitioner neither the same has been moved for the said purpose. 5.

This petition has appeared before this Court on 4th October 2022 and on that day also none appeared for the Petitioner. Today also none appeared for the Petitioner. It appears that as a result of impugned order, the Petitioner has stopped the business of running private security agency and therefore, not prosecuting the present Writ Petition. Therefore, Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.
