Having heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondent, in our considered view, this Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Revisional Authority i.e. Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation, Marketing and Textiles, Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai to dispose of the Revision Application alongwith Stay Application filed by the Petitioner which is annexed at Exh. E and F at page 33 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks. Ordered accordingly. It is expressly made clear that we have not gone into the merits of Talwalkar

29.wp8888.17 the matter. All rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. The Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation, Marketing and Textiles shall decide the said revision application alongwith application for stay independently on its own merits and in accordance with law.
