At the outset learned A.P.P. submitted that, in the present case i.e. in Crime No. 69 of 2021 registered with Sanpada Police Station, Navi Mumbai, after completion of investigation the police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of competent jurisdiction. 2.

In view thereof, the learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file an application for further investigation under Section 173(8) of Criminal Procedure Code, if necessary.

Leave and liberty granted.
