1] By an Order dated 3rd August 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates, to cooperate in the process of investigation.- 2] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the record of investigation. 3] The record indicates that, the deceased had left a suicide note which has been seized by the police during the course of investigation. In the said suicide note, the deceased has not blamed anybody for his suicide. 1/2

aba.1411-2018.doc 4] The learned APP on instructions submitted that, the said suicide note is seized by the police during the course of investigation in the presence of wife and relatives of the deceased. 5] In view thereof, the applicant deserves to be protected by prearrest bail. Interim relief granted by an Order dated 3rd August 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
