This MCA seeks transfer of a matrimonial proceeding, being Matrimonial Petition No.26/2015/B between the parties pending before the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasco-Da-Gama at Goa to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune.

The matter was called out on 30 June 2016 and 21 July 2016 when none appeared for the Applicant. The ad-interim order granted earlier in favour of the Applicant was, accordingly, vacated. Even today, none appears for the Applicant.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent informs the court that even a copy of the MCA is not served on his client. The MCA, in the premises, is dismissed for want of prosecution (S.C. GUPTE, J.) 1 / 1
