3] The order dated 5th September, 2108 be deleted. 4] Learned counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company submits that, the Applicant-Insurance Company would be depositing the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today.

6] The amount of Rs.25,000/- which is deposited as a statutory deposit in this Court be transferred to the concerned Tribunal.
7] Civil Application is disposed off.
