In this Revision Application, the applicant has challenged the order of the Sessions Court dated 22nd June, 2018 rejecting the Application for discharge.

I am informed by the learned APP that three witnesses are examined and today 4th witness is going to enter the box. Under

904.REvn377_2018.doc such circumstances, as the trial is proceeded and already the ocular evidence is on record, this Revision Application cannot be decided without taking into account the said evidence and if it is done, then it is bound to affect the merits of the trial. Hence, Criminal Revision Application is dismissed.

In view of dismissal of Criminal Revision Application, Criminal Application No. 464 of 2018 does not survive and the same is also accordingly disposed of.
