Learned A.P.P, at the outset, states that the applicants' Anticipatory Bail Application No. 878 of 2019 is listed tomorrow before the learned Sessions Court, Mumbai. Learned counsel for the applicants states that the matter was adjourned twice at the request of the Public Prosecutor.

Considering the fact that the applicants' application for anticipatory bail has not been decided, till the same is decided, without going into the merits, the applicants shall not be arrested in connection with C.R. No. 277 of 2019 registered with the Dindoshi SQ Pathan 1/2

aba.1477.19.912.doc Police Station, Mumbai for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 326, 323 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The application is disposed of accordingly.

Learned Sessions Judge to decide the application on its own merits, uninfluenced by the interim protection granted to the applicants.
