The Petitioner has filed an affidavit dated 23rd January, 2017 duly signed by him. He states that as per the consent terms dated 11th January, 2017 filed in Writ Petition No. 5204 of 2016 he has resumed service from 16th January, 2017. The learned counsel for the Petitioner therefore seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition. 2.
