The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that in the above Petition, the relief sought was for issuing directions to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to execute order dated 29.08.2023 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nashik, U/s. 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. She submits that while this Petition was pending, the order dated 29.08.2023 has been executed and physical possession of the secured assets, which formed the subject matter of the SEPTEMBER 06, 2023 Husen

74 WP-9106-2023.doc Section 14 Order, has been handed over to the Petitioner. She, therefore seeks leave to withdraw the above writ petition. 3.

Considering the above statement, the above writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to cost.
