Belge, appearing for the applicants stated, on instructions, that Writ Petition No.7903/2014 filed at and pending before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court is involving the same issue, which is being adjudicated by the Principal Bench and the petition pending at Aurangabad is required to be transferred for hearing and disposal to the Principal Seat at Mumbai. Mr.Rayrikar, AGP appears for the respondents.

The application is allowed and, as requested by learned counsel for the applicants, Writ Petition No.7903/2014 pending before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court is ordered to be transferred to the Principal Seat at Mumbai for further hearing along with Writ Petition No.3737/2014 and other connected writ petitions challenging the new pension scheme (defined contributory pension scheme) and the government circulars in that regard. CHIEF JUSTICE
