P.C.:- Mr. Manoj Patil, learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that, the parties herein have settled the matter amicably and have executed Consent Terms dated 4th April, 2022.

He submitted that, the Consent Terms are signed by Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 and the affidavits of Petitioner Nos.1-A and 1-B in support of Consent Terms are annexed thereof. He submitted that, thus, all the Petitioners are consenting parties for execution of Consent Terms. 3.
As far as Respondents are concerned, Respondent No.1 has signed the Consent Terms. Respondent No.2 has signed the Consent Terms for himself and as a Constituted Attorney of Respondent Nos.1a, 1c and 1d. Mr. Chetan Patil, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that, as far as Respondent Nos.3, 4-A to 4-C and 5 are concerned, said persons have filed their Affidavits in support thereof stating that, they have no objection in settling the matter amicably. The said Affidavits are annexed to the Consent Terms collectively.

The signatures of all executing parties have been duly identified by their respective Advocates.
Both the learned Advocates appearing for respective parties submitted that, all the Petitioners and Respondents have been duly represented and all legal formalities in executing Consent Terms dated 4th April, 2022 have been complied with. Their statement is accepted. The Consent Terms dated 4th April, 2022 are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
The undertakings mentioned in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court by the respective parties. 2/3

Writ Petition is disposed off, in terms of Consent Terms dated 4th April, 2022.

In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Interim Application No.1864 of 2021 and Civil Application No.2672 of 2013 filed therein do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
