The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 123 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraph 2 of the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. Bhushan Walimbe appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 i.e. claimants opposes the application, but ultimately leaves it to this Court. The reasons mentioned in paragraph 2 can be said to be the plausible reasons for the delay of 123 days in filing the above First Appeal. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 123 days in filing the above First Appeal stands condoned. The Civil Application is disposed of.
