In view of the aforesaid statement, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned Counsel, however, submits that since the trial has commenced and the evidence of the first informant has already been recorded, the trial may be expedited. 4.

The submission appears justifiable.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

The learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No.250 of 2021 is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the trial in the said Sessions case as SSP 1/2
