After arguing for some time when this Court was not inclined, learned counsel for the applicants on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the civil revision application stating that suit in question will be withdrawn. Learned counsel for the applicants further submits that liberty may be granted for institution of fresh suit. If such a suit is filed, the trial Court will consider it on its own merits in accordance with law. 2.
