This is an appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal. The respondent-accused was charged for the offence under Sections 363, 377, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The prosecution is relying upon testimony of the victim. 2.
Arguable questions are raised. The appeal requires consideration and leave is required to be granted. Hence, I pass following order :
