P.C. :- The impugned order is dated 18 March 2015. The Petition was filed in July 2015. None appeared for the Petitioner when it was listed on 14 September 2015. Again none appeared for the Petitioner on 30 November 2015. Today, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the Petition as he states that the Appeal is maintainable.
