Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned AGP for the Respondents-State.

The Petitioners and sixth Respondent, both are project affected persons. According to the Petitioners, surplus land is allotted to sixth Respondent and the said land ought to have been allotted to the Petitioners.

The petition is disposed of by directing the RespondentsAuthority to treat the present Writ Petition as a complaint/representation of the Petitioners in so far as the compliant of allotting alternate land in excess or surplus to Respondent No.6, which shall be considered within three months from today.

We further direct that the Respondents - Authority shall hear both, the Petitioners as well as 6th Respondent before passing an order..
