The learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent nos. 1 and 2 submit that both the parties have filed consent terms in Writ Petition No. 8096 of 2014 on 23rd October, 2015. The consent terms are accepted by the learned Single Judge in the Writ Petition and the said Writ Petition is disposed of in view of the consent terms. One of the consent terms is that respondent no. 1/present petitioner undertakes to withdraw Contempt Petition No. 633 of 2014 filed in this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that accordingly he wants to withdraw this Contempt Petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this Contempt Petition.

Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
